I have made sure that I keep up on my exercise as I’m a part-time marathon runner (I do one full and two half marathon events a year) and I go to yoga and spin classes. I make sure to go for regular cleanings and check-ups at my dentist and whiten my teeth (as reminded by my Mom who works for a dentist!). I also get a massage twice a month (along with my yoga classes) to help relieve the stress that accumulates from my new job, pending marriage and house-hunting endeavors. I go for regular medical and skin checkups as I have great medical insurance and have even gotten my bone density tests (great results) and blood-work done (more great results).

Hair sprays are great for plumping up my hairdo for a night out on the town, but they build up if used every day to disguise my thinning hair problem. Blow drying my hair with my head upside down is super for creating volume especially if you use a mousse (they’re BAAACK!) but too frequent blow-drys or these blow-outs were just making my hair dry and brittle. Breaking hair made me need a more frequent cut and although shorter hair sounds good for some, it did not fit my face and I need to be able to put my hair up in a pony for exercise, so past mid-length is best for looks and lifestyle (I’m careful to use soft, non-breaking scrunchies). Besides, isn’t longer hair with a lot of movement and swing a sign of youth?

I do not want to take any internal medications and I would rather not use the expensive, messy topical out there such as Rogaine for women. However, I did stumble on laser hair therapy that can work with any meds you may have to take for other issues (I’m lucky that I don’t, yet!). The laser hair brush can also be used on dyed hair, any ethnicity, treated or damaged hair and it works for men just as well! There is a one-time cost for the laser hair brush itself and the rechargeable batteries, and you can use it the recommended 15-20 minutes every other day for the rest of your life! There is one with an awesome warranty and guarantee at about $700 and comes in with the lightest (like a hairbrush) weight and the most (35) lasers. It is cool to the touch and simply stimulates blood flow to the exact depth of the hair-producing follicle by pulsing these laser waves. Hair grows in thicker, shinier and FULLER!!! I have read the testimonials, have ordered and received my Nutreve Personal Hair Therapy Laser. I have called the company and actually got to speak to the owner and Team with my questions about safety, use, etc. and am fully satisfied. Results should be complete in 30 days or so…but I can already see more hair around my facial hairline and I’m comforted knowing that there is such a great customer satisfaction policy! Here’s to fixing my final flaw in my quest to looking as good as I feel!

How many times have we heard that our hair needs volume? “Get Major Volume” read ads for volumizing shampoo, hair sprays, treatments, dry shampoos and conditioners. Polimers and proteins bulk up the strands when heat is applied in blow drying or blowouts. As we age, however, hair thins and then these tricks don’t work anymore. Laser hair therapy using a laser hair brush can optimize each follicle’s output of hair. After all that stiffness, hairstyles went into a phase of tousled locks with waves that looked like we just walked out of the ocean and the sun dried each strand. Lack of structure propagated the thick and wavy look which blended set waves with a bit of windblown effect.

Those curls became more polished and looser…sometimes looking like the strands came right off the rollers. Glamour finally overtook the crazy curls and softened them, giving our hair a smoother finish.
I’m John Vincent, president of Nutreve International. I’d like to demonstrate the proper use of the new Nutreve Personal Laser Hair Therapy Device.

When opening the package and examining the contents, read the directions and familiarize yourself with the charging procedure and operational instructions contained in the package. Always follow the safety instructions included.

Laser Hair Therapy Device – FDA Label

Any laser hair therapy device commercially sold or provided for use in the US must contain an FDA label indicating its conformity to government regulations. If the device you bought doesn’t have such a label, it may not be legal to be sold in the US.

The Nutreve Personal Laser Hair Therapy has a recommended use protocol of no more than every other day for 15 minutes or more. Skipping a day between uses is believed to give the scalp the ability to rest and restore after the stimulation of Low Level Laser Light energy.

The duration of use will be determined by the area to be tested. In other words, a person with thinning hair in a fairly small defined area would use the laser for one cycle of 15 minutes per session. A person with a larger area of thinning hair might use the laser for two 15-minute cycles.

Laser Hair Therapy – Frequency and Duration of Usage

We think a good reference tool would be using palm of the hand. An area the size of the palm should be adequately treated with one 15-minute cycle. Two palm size areas require two 15-minute cycles and so on.

How to use the Nutreve Low Level Laser Hair Therapy Device: whether holding it by the handle or using the optional Nutreve Personal Laser Hair Therapy Stand, the device should lay comfortably against the scalp. It can either be moved slowly against the scalp or simply held in place for a minute or two.

Unlike other handheld lasers, the Nutreve Low Level Laser Hair Therapy Device does not require your arm to be suspended in space to use it. Simply holding the curve shape close to the head moving it back and forward makes it easier and less tedious to use than other devices.

Low Level Laser Hair Therapy – Turning on the Device

Once the Nutreve Personal Laser Hair Therapy is fully charged using the plug-in charger that comes with it, simply turn the device on by first hitting the power button, which illuminates the 15-minute cycle and then pressing the start button and as you can see the timer’s counting down.

If you’re called away for any reason and need to stop treatment, simply hit the button again and the timer will hold in place until you’re ready to come back and use it. Starting it again will allow you to continue treatment.

When the treatment is done and the timer is fully counted down, it will switch off. If you’re ready to do another session, simply start it again all over.
The post How To Use The Nutreve Personal Laser Hair Therapy first appeared on Nutreve Hair Loss Prevention.
