My Uncle Don called me from Florida about this latest “gimmick” to stop his hair loss called a laser hair comb. He was wondering if it was too good to be true. I told him that I had done some research and found dome interesting information on laser hair combs and low level laser therapy.

Once we reach the age of 40 we usually have our job/marriage/family situation figured out. Some stress remains, but by now we either have less of it or have learned to cope with it better. However…just as hormones change EVERYTHING for us in our 20s…they’re BAAAAACK!

Hormone imbalance or Perimenopause plays little tricks on our brains, eyesight, skin and hair. Please consult a doctor first to rule out thyroid, anemia or other issues, but if you are just a normal 40-something, hair will start to thin and become fewer and farther between. As your scalp dries (like your skin) your hair follicles have a harder and harder time producing luscious locks.
