The trick to youthful looks starts with a look back at old photographs of a younger you. Maybe it’s a playground or beach shot where you have a great carefree moment. At NYU they are in the process of seeing if the drug metformin which is often used in diabetes type II treatment may also delay Alzheimer’s, cancers and heart diseases…all ailments that come with old age. A cure, no, but a delay in old age symptoms would be nothing to sneeze at!

Speaking of old age arriving…I hear that there IS a hair pill on the market that can get rid of grays.
